The Juice Programme lasts from 4 weeks and is designed, planned and monitored by your own personal trainer.
Whether
you want to lose 7lbs or 7 stone, run a mile or a marathon, your Juice personal
trainer will create the perfect programme to help you achieve your dream body,
and then give you all the support and motivation you need to make it a reality.
Programme Design - It takes
just one session to design and set you up on your personalised exercise and
nutrition plan.
Ongoing Support- Your personal
trainer will then visit you weekly or fortnightly to keep you on track until
your goal is met.
Maintenance - Once you are there
you can see your Juice personal trainer monthly or quarterly to keep it that
way!
