"To be honest when I first read about Liam's weight loss plan I was my usual sceptical self and thought it would be just another diet that wouldn't be practical for a man whose working hours are never the same and spends a fair chunk of the day driving. After some time I thought I might as well give it a go as I wasn't getting any thinner doing nothing about it! I soon discovered that my initial assumptions couldn't be more wrong. I met Liam who was very friendly and helpful (nothing like those sergeant major types on TV!). He worked out an exercise programme that would make me sweat a bit but wouldn't be impossible and painful! The biggest surprise of all was the personalised nutrition programme.
